The HACP, along with the City of Pittsburgh, is currently planning to submit an application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Choice Neighborhood Implementation Grant (CNI) for the redevelopment of the Bedford Dwellings community in 2022. HACP has selected Trek Development as the Master Developer for this project. Please see HACP's announcement of reengaging this effort from March 2020 for more information.
